I'm now reading "Business Stripped Bare".Of course, is written by the eccentric Sir Richard Branson.Who else dare to strip bare in the business?

I'm half way to finish. Basically the book is about the " UHMMP" requirements and credentials needed to succeed in business. He shared his experiences in cutting deals and business management as examples as he guides us how to accomplish in the business.It's more like his autobiography but very interesting.

His strong belief is to pick the right people, entrust and empower them in running the shows and letting them to utilize their free hand and mind to the maximum as though the business belong to them. With this, his people are committed to the last drop of their blood to ensure the targeted goals are reached without feeling the pressure from him.The pressure actually exudes from them itself unconsciously! He shoots the goal without kicking the ball.

He is truly a great and adventurous Global Entrepreneur! Compliments!!
